Position Overview

Join a dedicated culinary team at The Plaza Assisted Living, where your cooking directly impacts the daily health and happiness of our residents. We are looking for an outgoing, dependable Cooks to prepare and serve delicious, high-quality meals in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality regular and modified meals following state sanitation and healthcare regulations (HAR Title 11, Ch. 12 & Ch. 90).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with facility standards.
• Collaborate efficiently with the dining team to ensure timely and smooth meal service.

Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience with a solid command of kitchen safety and food sanitation rules.
• Dependable team player with strong time management skills and effective verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule within daytime hours.
