Position Overview

Join our welcoming community as a Security Guard. You will be the reassuring, highly visible presence that keeps our residents, families, and guests safe and supported.

Responsibilities

• Provides a highly visible status to residents, families, guests, and potential intruders to maintain order in the community.
• Warmly greet residents, families, guests and team members; and answers phones as part of our friendly frontline team.
• Conducts hourly checks/rounds and responds appropriately to situations as they may arise.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate is friendly, approachable and willing to help others.
• Makes independent and good judgment decisions, and is able to react calmly and confidently under pressure and in unexpected situations.
