Prep Cook

Summary of Position:
Pay: $17/hr
Shifts available: Full Time- Day Shift (6a-2p), must be available weekends as scheduled vary.
Our team is looking for an ambitious Prep Cook to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes for our residents. You will perform routine tasks such as setting up work stations, ingredients, and foods that can be prepared according to specified menus. A great prep cook will be quick, diligent and willing to improve on the job. The ideal candidate is team oriented and is able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment.
Responsible for preparing and serving regular and modified diets to residents in accordance with Hawaii Administrative Rules, Department of Health, Title 11, Chapter 12, Food Establishment Sanitation and Hawaii Administrative Rules, Department of Health, Title 11, Chapter 90, Assisted Living Facility.
